In this course, we will explore the Power Vinyasa style of yoga, known for its dynamic and flowing sequences that build strength, flexibility, and endurance. Our emphasis will be on developing a strong and resilient body while nurturing a calm and focused mind.
Throughout the sessions, we will engage in a variety of poses and sequences that target different muscle groups, helping you develop overall strength and stability. The fluid transitions between poses will challenge you physically while encouraging a meditative state of mind.
Breathwork will be an essential aspect of our practice. We will work on conditioning the breath, synchronizing it with movement, and using it as a tool to find balance and presence on and off the mat.
